eResearch briefing user survey

The eResearch Briefing is a new service for the National Heart Forum, and was launched in April 2010, on a three month trial basis. At the end of the trial period, an evaluation survey was carried out, asking subscribers for their feedback, and for comments and suggestions for improvements.

As a result of the positive response to this survey, the eResearch Briefing is now a permanent addition to the National Heart Forum's current awareness services. As such, annual user surveys will be carried out for the eResearch briefing service, to ensure continuing satisfaction in our subscribers.

The next survey is scheduled for spring 2011.
